I'm shocked with all the positive views about this location. I normally love Lammle's but after today not so much. I went in to spend a few hundred dollars on new boots and also drove 4 hours and not one person was around to help with sizes or my questions. There was also stuff all over the place. Not as clean as tje West Ed store is.There were a few people in there looking for help and no staff.I even had someone with me who was also looking for boits and he never got helped either.The 1 staff that we did see was standing at the front counter talking on her cell phone with her ear pods in. Very unprofessional!! Will definitely not be back to the Kamloops store!! Stampede Tack will get my money again!

The other half and I stopped in here on the way through, as it’s the closest Lammle’s to us (6 hours away), and we had heard good things from friends and family. The store itself is well kept, well organized, and very well stocked. The selection of western wear is broad and will definitely meet whatever needs or wants you have. That being said, considering the price point here, customer service was just okay at best.

Only Lammle's closest to me as I live on the Sunshine Coast. Always stop here when I pass thru. Saved $70 on 3 shirts! Always great deals and beautiful western wear.

We had a great experience with Summer! She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable while helping us find the perfect pair of cowboy boots. Katerina was also very kind. All around a great first experience in this store!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I ordered a buckle from them which they lost. They refused to give me a refund and haven’t resolved the issue for almost a month now. I’ve had to resort to making a claim through PayPal to try to get a refund. I would drive to Cowboys Choice in Vernon before shopping here again.

The girls in the store were super helpful and kind! They helped me find a couple of pairs of jeans that fit amazingly and complimented me through the process which made it more comfortable for the time I spent in the store. They also helped me find a pair of boots that I am absolutely in love with !!

In a store with this price level, I would expect somewhat friendlier and more motivated employees. Otherwise quite ok.

Absolutely poor service. Ordered boots for our daughter 2 months ago. Follow up month later and they told us they forgot to order. Followed up 2 weeks later and told should be anytime. Still nothing.

Bought a Outback trading Co jacket for riding on a Ural side car..Love it.! Didn't get any deals on this but it was something that I have been looking for a while now.Lammle's in West Kelowna has one but not the right size so I took a trip to Kamloops for one of the right size.. Thanks its perfect.

Well, if you're looking for good customer service, I highly suggest staying away from here. Really sad when theirs 3-5 workers and not one of them can ask if you need help. You wonder why online shopping has taken off. ?I suggest maybe some upgraded training with customer services skills, or something, nothing worse than walking into a store and being made to feel like an inconvenience!

I want to give more stars to the gentleman that helped us out today, he was great. I am giving one star for the 5 lady employees that sat around the front counter not helping a single person, just hanging out and talking amongst themselves. We were there the day before and same thing, there was 3 ladies, not helping anyone, just hanging around that front counter talking amongst themselves. Not a good first impression at all.
