I am baffled at how some of the employees maintain employment here.
I called and Asked if they by chance carry Various Pushrod Sizes. Dude told me he couldn't find any in the system, then admitted he didn't know what he was looking for, I gave him a brief description, he immediately told me they didn't sell them.......I exclaimed that's hard to believe a parts store, that thousands used to build their hotrod, dosent sell a part that's kinda absolutely Necessary for the operation of the engine.... he said I'll transfer you to hydraulics..........I explained it's a part of the motor not the hydraulics and he transfered me to God knows where and I've now been on hold for 17 minutes, I keep giveing this location chances, but Jesus, idk if any location is good anymore

Been stuck for 3 days in my motor home in. V. V calling store after store .. and not one could help me with a serpentine belt length check ..
was just about ready to give up . Didn't know what I was going to do
.BUT THEN! a gentleman named Carl. (Even when he was super busy with customers in-store... He asked if I could call him back and he would go out of his way to manually check the specific length needed for this belt..and all other lordcos in Kamloops . And hopefully as both other locations have 2 serpentine belts the that match my length !!

This lordco is amazing!! I dealt with Owen and he was so kind and helpful!! I highly suggest going to this place just because of him and the other gentleman working I just didn't catch his name.

I stopped by yesterday May 1st, 2024 in search of new window shield wipers. Actually one, drivers side.
Friendly staff found the one that was a fit for my car & had it on in a flash!
I was pretty sure I could switch it but I asked if someone could help if I had trouble. Imediately I was offered help.
I'll be bask!

Tyrone at the Valleyview store is awesome! My nephew needed wiper blades, and Tyrone took time out of his busy day to come outside and help him:) he even installed them! It can be hard for young kids learning this stuff with their 1st cars, and Tyrone made it easy. I highly recommend him!

The kamloops valleyview lordco is always my go to just because it's close to home, I'm always met by friendly and familiar staff who do thier best to get me the parts I need for any project anytime. Particularly Tyrone Demsey is one of the best parts people I've encountered at any lordco in kamloops or any other city, always super helpful and gets the parts I need even tricky to find ones!
