Mario's stringed me along by having accepted my roadside service's tow assignment only for it to be carelessly dropped after three hours which restarted the whole dispatch process. If a job cannot be completed, it would be brilliant to not accept the tow assignment from the start. The next tow provider showed up incredibly fast and had you not selfishly taken the tow assignment from the beginning without knowing or confirming if it could be done, the vehicle would have been on time to where it needed to be. Extremely frustrated and disappointed would be an understatement.
My response to their reply:
I am not incorrect. I am accurate. I had 5+ calls with my service provider. Nothing else needs clarification to change my comments. Comments stand.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Mario Towing that I feel compelled to share. After my car broke down, I called them for assistance based on their seemingly good reviews. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from satisfactory.
First, the response time was significantly longer than promised. I was quoted 30 minutes, but it took nearly an hour for the tow truck to arrive. This delay was frustrating, especially since I was stranded in an inconvenient location.
When the driver finally showed up, I was dismayed by his unprofessional demeanor. He seemed rushed and disinterested, barely acknowledging my concerns about the car. I felt uncomfortable and dismissed, which added to my stress during an already challenging situation.
Additionally, the towing fees were higher than I expected. I was not given a clear estimate upfront, and the final bill included unexpected charges that were never mentioned during our initial conversation. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.
Overall, my experience with Mario Towing was disappointing. I expected prompt and professional service, but instead, I encountered delays, unprofessional behavior, and hidden fees. I would not recommend Mario Towing based on my experience, and I will be looking for a more reliable towing service in the future. There are plenty of companies out there that prioritize customer service and transparency—unfortunately, Mario Towing is not one of them.

Marios came super fast when i locked my keys in the car with my baby.
I had waited over an hour with another company in Kamloops heat. I will be sure to reccomend Mario's to family and friends. Thank you for coming so quickly.

Worse towing coming in Kamloops. Had to wait almost 3 hours for a boast on a dead battery. Unless your retired and don’t does matter about being late for work please choice a more reliable company. I would suggest Don’s towing in the Kamloops area

Forgot his payment machine, charged me extra to wait and have his machine dropped off from a coworker. Pathetic service borderline theft.
Add on: the owner mentioned it’s a “dishonest review”.
This happened in the parking lot of save on foods, the worker asked how I wanted to pay, I said debit, he mentioned that he didn’t have a machine and would need someone to drop it off therefor it would cost me extra for him waiting.
I disagreed and explained that it’s not my fault he didn’t prepare himself appropriately with his work equipment especially when accepting payment is his responsibility since on the website accepted payment methods are debit, credit and cash.
Owner may be having a tough day, but he was not there and his employee was.
Owner has no information on this incident as I never called in, or made an issue of the matter knowing I won’t need their business in the future.
So the owners response is uneducated, ill informed since this happened under a year ago and they think I forgot how my day went dealing with their unpreparedness.

Mario’s towing helped me with a dead battery that required a boost to get to the dealership. They were friendly and helpful on the phone, went above and beyond to find a service vehicle that could come into a parking garage, and made sure I had a safe way home on a super cold evening. Jonah explained my options thoroughly and even taught me something new about my car! 100% would call Mario’s Towing again. The only negative is that they were not under BCAA.

Marcel and Anthony came to give me a tow. They were so nice and friendly and helpful. They didn't try to take advantage of my situation by charging me excessively. They were understanding and were fast. Mario's towing is the only tow company I will be calling for next time. Thank you Mario's towing for you're outstanding and amazing service and compassion. You are all superstars!

Just called Mario’s for a tow, and they showed up in a team of 2 (Anthony & Marcel). Responded quickly and for a fair price. Professional service. Overall good experience.
