  Terrible customer service, staff don’t even know their own policies. Refused my exchange (with originals tags) because I didn’t have a gift receipt when their return policy clearly states “All returns without a receipt will be credited to a store merchandise card, at the lowest system price in the last 14 months.”
  Will not be shopping at this location again.

  The first cashier was confused and he had no idea what discount he was giving and when I asked him about the discount twice and after that he started looking towards another cashier.After billing we stood there and revisited the isles from where we took the clothes. Then we called the cashier and she herself could not explain us about the discounts and looked very confused.We were not given the right discounts and nobody was there much knowledgeable about what’s going on. The cashier only said that the system did the discount and they don’t know much about it.According to the bill all the billing was done incorrectly.

  Terrible service when it comes to work related vouchers. Employees tried to make me pay for all the equipment totaling over $300 out of pocket before they would even look at my voucher paid for by my employer. I've used these in the past and that's NOT how it's supposed to work. Someone needs to fix this.
