“I had cracked the screen of my phone. I was about to upgrade my phone, until the lady at the kiosk (Marja I think?) looked up the purchase of my current phone. She discovered that the phone was covered under Costco warranty. I didn't need to upgrade my phone. She gave me all of the information I needed to call to get a replacement for my phone. She was super helpful and friendly. We have always had super service here!”
