I was stuck at the Kamloops airport. My 2019 Ford F150 needed a new alternator. I phoned a shop that recommended Chris at Napa. Chris and his tech went above and beyond to get me up and running back to Alberta. I kept me updated on the arrival of the part from Vancouver. I am a businessman, and know the value of customer service. I would highly recommend Chris and his team.

Very good service and fantastic warranty.
I did write another review giving Nicole and staff all the accolades they deserve but somehow it disappeared. This is a MUST place to get your front end done. Especially if you have an F150.

I took my car in for a front end suspension inspection. The fellow that did the inspection was polite and informative. Before inspection was done I was quoted what inspection would cost which I consented to. When I went to pay, i noticed a $9.00 charge for shop materials! I questioned the charge and stated that no tools, materials or supplies were used at ANYTIME . All that was performed was a drive inspection and visual inspection. The lady didn’t have an answer for me. She just said we always charge this and that’s the way it is! I was going to have them do the work necessary to my vehicle but this really rubbed me the wrong way. It’s really to bad because the new owner seemed like a good guy. Will not recommend this business
