Great service, quick response time, and reasonable price! Girl at the front was very personable and Rob got us in on short notice. They really went the extra mile to help us out on short notice, I'd totally recommend Drago's!

Great experience. Honest and kind people and fit me in right away. Even though my problem was my fault and minuscule, Rob and Ryatt were understanding and I was able to pick up my car within 20 minutes. Will definitely be back :)

What a great business with great people. I've had them do a bunch of things from oil changes to motor swaps. Even overhauling of some front ends. Any mechanic can change a ball joint or swap out a motor, but they do it with honesty. They're very professional and I know they service their customers properly. I remember the first time I went in there, I could have called or emailed, but I went in person and sat down with Rob the owner and built trust right from the get go.

Wow! I couldn't be happier with the service I received today. I walked into the shop hoping for a quick fix on my ignition coil before the long weekend, and they exceeded my expectations by fixing it right on the spot. Not only that, but they even assisted in ordering the correct part. Their prompt and efficient service made my day - thank you for going above and beyond!

Amazing service! Honest, fast, efficient, accommodating, and a very friendly staff. I called first thing this morning and Rob listened to my story and fit me in asap. Once I dropped it off, I had no ride and was going to take a taxi but Rob offered me his vehicle without any hesitation, whatsoever. I would definitely come back and refer him to anyone.

Thanks so much for such wonderful service. We where traveling home to edmonton and our AC went out during a extreme heat warning. Rob and his crew where kind enough to squeeze us in when no one else in town would. Rob went above and beyond finding the parts for my trucks ac unit. He had us back on the road in just a few hours.

We broke down on our way home to Kelowna just outside of Savona. We used google and called 3 different shops in Kamloops to hopefully find a shop that could help us to get our truck towed to. They all stated they were fully booked and we would be hard pressed to find a shop that could take us in. We were starting to feel a little defeated. Then we called Dragos and right away, Ryatt asked a few questions instead of saying they were too busy. We suspected the alternator so she said she would call around to see if she could find the part. Ryatt called back within 5 minutes and said she found the part and it would be waiting there when we arrived. When we arrived, they were super busy, but cleared out a bay for us and started working on the truck right away. They had it fixed within the hour and we were back on the road. We were greeted with a smile and professionalism from Rob (Owner) and Ryatt at the front desk. They were kind and sympathetic to our situation moving things around to accommodate us and communicated throughout the process. They made a potentially bad day better and we were able to sleep in our own beds that evening! Highly recommend!!! We are so thankful!

They were fully booked out but still managed to fit our car with broken breaks in because we were on a Roadtrip. Super fast and cheap and 10/10 costumer service. Would absolutely recommend

We blew a heater hose just out of Barrier, on Thursday before the long werkend. 7 service station calls later, Dragos was the only one willing to help us get back on the road. After waiting 3 hrs for a tow truck an hour to get to Kamloops they were waiting for us. Straight into the bay and an hour later we were on our way. So, instead of having to wait til next week, which is the story we got from the previous 6 calls, we were able to get to prince george and spend the weekend as planned. Can’t say enough about how grateful we are for the folks at Drago’s! I only have 2 thumbs but if I had 10 they would get all of them pointed straight up. Thanks again you guys, you turned a miserable(did i say we were soaked to the bone having to figure out what was actually busted in a complete downpour)event into a blessed trip. cheers james

Incredible service !! I went there with my rear indicator lights completely out, the fixed my light as well as future proved the sockets so they don't go out again that too for absolutely free. Safe to say I'm really satisfied with ther behaviour and service. 100% recommended.
