We made an international move to Kamloops and are so happy with the experience we have received from NationWide Self Storage Kamloops. Peter helped me get the account setup and to saved the space for us as we didn't know when we would receive our items. Aaryn helped me get the app setup and do the final paperwork.On move day Peter and Godwin were flexible, honest and helpful when a larger than expected truck arrived.I am so happy we chose this safe, clean, and amazing storage space! But the level of service we received from the staff I interacted with was amazing.Thank you so much Aaryn, Peter and Godwin!

Godwin and gigi are really helpfull when it comes to renting units here, good rates, good access hours, safe and clean, the noke access system is thr best since you just share access with movers or friends better than keys and padlocks

Godwin did a terrific job in securing us the perfect locker for our office furniture move.They have an app that can be used to open the lockers which can also be given to other people who you want to have access.Very convenient

The staff and the excellent service they provided was absolutely fantastic. A very quick and easy form to fill out while the hostess gave a very informative, professional and super friendly, laid back run through of the paperwork and what I was signing. Also was all done electrically with an iPad and then emailed to me so I wasn't leaving with a pile of paperwork, just a $50 car wash gift certificate which was a promotion running on the 8'x10' locker I am renting! Did I mention that everything is keyless and run with an app you download on your smartphone so no losing keys, and you control who has access to your locker and can have up to 10 people with access. I absolutely recommend bringing your business to this Nationwide Storage Facility in Kamloops, BC. For a start to finish, excellent customer service experience, and all in a state of the art facility with super knowledgeable, friendly, and awesome staff I was truly blown away. Well done Nationwide, you made my day and exceeded all expectations so thank you!!

We just rented a locker here and planned on shopping around but the amazing customer service provided by Arynn and Gigi sold us. Arynn took the time to show us around and answered all our questions and had a fantastic sense of humor, it was not only an easy transaction but also an enjoyable one. We also loved the 24hr surveillance, the ease of access, the security entrance and the text message notification. They price matched our other options and made sure all our questions were answered. We love our new storage facility and highly recommend everone else to try them out

I entered into a contract with Nationwide Self storage on the 2nd of September. It was very short notice so I was grateful for the help I received from the employees. Arynn and Gigi were very accommodating and they explained all the information very well and also helped set me up with app. They informed me of all the deals and discounts I can take advantage of as a student so I’m grateful for all the support I’ve received. Excellent customer service and I would definitely use the service again.

Arym & Gigi are wonderful! They were so detailed and helpful with the whole process.
