i was in waiting for my tires to be switched over and the lady at the desk, who knew i was waiting in the lobby, went absolutely off on a long time employee that I and my company fully count on. A lovely fellow. it was a bit of a sour experience. OK tire is lovely nonetheless and i will continue to show them business but sitting and having to listen to that was not that nice :(
