The whole team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I find myself spending extra time there just to chat and share stories.
Last but not least, gotta give a shout out to Batman; the greatest mascot.

839 Victoria Street, Kamloops15 years ago Andrea supported me with training my dog for the ST. Johns Ambulance Pet Therapy program. We passed our test and had 2 wonderful years of providing Dog therapy to seniors and in the Royal Inland hospital.
This year I reached out to Andrea earlier this spring, to seek support with a middle aged dog that I had just adopted.
I soon discovered that my dog was not socialized and had a lot of fear based anxiety coming out in him as reactive.
Since that time, Andrea has given me and my dog the skills we need to succeed in our everyday lives. She has done this through one on one classes, group training, and support for my dog in daycare.
She continues to instill strategies for myself and my dog to practice, that have proven to work and this has been such a relief.
Andrea skill level in understanding dogs and reading my dog has allowed my dog opportunities that he has never had and that we both will continue to have for life.
I can see her passion and love for what she does and she truly does it well. I fully trust her work and have seen the benefits in my dogs behaviors.
I am ever grateful for her work with my dog and how she has never given up on him.
Thank you Andrea and for your guidance training patience and support with my dog. I also thank your staff support while attending daycare.
I would give you more than 5 stars if was that option.

I am from out of town—over 800 km away from home and our regular vet—when my Frenchie suffered a sudden, severe neck injury. After calling three other clinics and even being turned away from one while my poor boy was shivering and twitching in extreme pain, this clinic was our saving grace.From my initial phone call to walking through their doors 8 minutes later, the team was compassionate and efficient. Despite being fully booked and already managing three prior emergencies, they brought us straight into a room immediately. Dr. Fraser rapidly assessed his neck, diagnosed the issue, and administered the medication he desperately needed.On top of the exceptional care, their pricing was incredibly fair. The total bill for the emergency exam, the immediate treatment on the spot, and all of his take-home medications came out to just about what an emergency pet hospital was going to charge us just to walk through the door! We were in, treated, and out the door in 30 minutes. My boy is now completely relaxed and sleeping peacefully without any pain. They are true lifesavers for an out-of-town pet parent in crisis!

OG’s spicy beef dish was an absolute standout!! The Buddhist feast was packed with an excellent variety of fresh veggies. Beef Udon was also a cut above. We got the House sushi roll and California roll, both equally fresh and delicious. We were very happy with our food, highly recommend!

We sat by the window watching the morning crowd trickle in, and the whole vibe was cozy without feeling cramped. The girl behind the counter remembered our order halfway through and even suggested the almond croissant, which did not disappoint. Parking was easy to find right out front too, which made the whole visit that much more low key and enjoyable.

We had the poutine and pretzels for apps. The poutine was well received!
Two of the party split the chicken sandwich and the pulled pork Mac n cheese. They thought that it was an amazing dish.
Not surprising, the pull pork sandwich was also a hit as were the fries, which were great and fresh.
The salad was also good—we liked the crackers on it.
And the pizza also was really good. I got the veggie one.
We got drink as well, which were all good as well!
But the best part of our night was the hospitality shown by all the staff, especially Ashley! She was an amazing waitress and gave us tips for the next day of travel. She even helped when my daughter spilled something on her shirt bringing soda water and stain remover.

Next to Lordco Auto Parts, 724 Sydney Ave Unit -2, KamloopsI tried Red Swan Chicken Shawarma tonight.
It was a great conversation with the night guy, he suggested me to try that pizza. In a word it was really great and delicious pizza with White garlic flavour sauce.
