Huge rave to fantastic customer service! Again!
I was in store in the summer. Signed up for a bunch of promos. Got home and saw some of the savi gs were not ac ounted for. I called and was told i would have a credit next time i was over. Well 4 months later i figured they would long since have forgotten. Not chance! $40+ credit! Outstanding staff, pleasant and helpful!
I dont get to Kamloops iften but definitely a must visit store!

I am already convinced that petsmart kamloops is the best store in the world to shop for all my Princess Doggy's needs, but today was even more overwhelming than usual. We had registered for photos with Santa and it could not have been carried off in a more professional way. A specific area was set aside where Santa and Santa's helper carried out their Christmas duties. Everything was organized, efficient and ran so smoothly. Right on time of course and 1 by 1 our pets were ushered into Santa's area. Open, safe, uninterrupted and enclosed in aarge windowed room. It was like a private photo shoot for your pet and I could not have been more impressed. Thank you to Santa and Santa's helper especially but also to Petsmart for setting up yet another wonderful experience that just goes to show again that Petsmart is truly the place to shop in Kamloops.🐶

I went to bring my cat in to get her nails done, and they refused to cut her nails because she was on gabapentin for stress when she gets her nails done. Which I made clear when I originally made the appointment, letting them know. I will never be coming back. What a waste of time. So glad we have options for pet stores.

We love going to Petsmart. All the staff have been helpful and plesant. Our dog has grown to expect her freeze dried treats at the till. We especially enjoyed the 4 different puppy lessons we've taken. They've been like a special date night with the dog. Tiara the trainer is capable, engaging, and warm. Our dog knows the essentials and more.

Spend way too much money here easily. Tiara is such an awesome trainer, it's amazing how well my dog responds to the commands I give her from this course. I recommend her for dog training hands down. !!

Went there with my dad so he could grab something. I had a couple questions for the staff and one girl stocking shelves was super nice, but her coworker was so ridiculously rude and unprofessional it makes me concerned for the animals that are there, and customers pets safety.

Tiara was an amazing trainer at the Kamloops PetSmart. The puppy class was very reasonably priced and Tiara spent 1:1 time with each pup, despite the fact that she had several dogs in the class. She is personable and kind and the dogs love her. Can't wait for the next class with her!

Tiara has fantastic customer service! She’s always friendly, patient, and goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and making their experience a great one. I’d highly recommend working with her!

Took the intermediate dog training class with Tiara W, and she was fantastic. Really fun and engaging, and the little bag you get at the end to mark completion was the best.
