My husband was suffering terribly with cough and after endless nights of no sleep due to the cough he finally connected with a Telehealth doctor. Puffers were presribed.The telehealth call ended at 5:10 p.m. I called Riverbend, knowing they close at 5:30 p.m. and asked what the chances were of being able to come and pick up the prescription before they closed.
The young male pharmacist (unfortunately we have forgotten his name) said he would do what he could to make it happen. And he did!
This pharmacy is truly invested in the neighbourhood it supports!

“I would give Sandi 10 stars, she went above and beyond every step of the way. She made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable upon entering this business for our first time. Sandi was easy to talk to, she offered us water and checked in for a refill - she really showed she cared. She talked with us while we waited for the vaccine. We needed supplies for a bad cut as well, and didnt even know we were struggling until Sandi came over and started showing us what will be best and most convenient for it, the proper size, even had a pair of gloves to offer up. I have worked customer service for 12 years and people like her are so rare, and have to be shown they’re appreciated! We share a high standard for customer service that I don’t get to experience often from the other side, it was awesome. Thank you Sandi!!

“Very efficient in getting our scripts filled. We switched from dealing with larger pharmacy as they expect you to wait up to 48 hours for refill. We have always had good service 15-20 max. Or when our doctor calls in our scripts they always have ready no waiting. No lost faxes like the larger pharmacy.”
“Ya, it's fine aside from the ever-soaring cost of food shopping. I suppose they have a beer and wine store within, which is not common around here to have groceries and alcohol mixed. I'm all for it but some may feel differently either way that's what they have going on there as well as being a large grocery store it has just about everything I would suggest.”

“I have known Missagh for over 25 years. He has always had the health of his customers first and He often goes above and beyond. Recently my doctor retired and I have found no replacement. One prescription stood out as my doctor couldn't leave me a years worth of refills.
So, I've run out of this drug I need. Message managed to track a doctor down for a prescription while they were on holidays to help me, all while he was also on holidays.
Mr. Manshadi is a man with integrity, honesty, and a ton of empathy. He is kind to those less fortunate and an easy listener.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this pharmacy for all your needs. This is a medical facility, not a candy store or a post office so don't expect either there. You will, however, come away feeling informed and cared about.

“While traveling through Canada, I needed to see the dentist who wrote a script for me. Stopping into WalMart to get it filled was super easy. Dropped off the script and 20 minutes later it was filled and I was on my way. Everyone at the pharmacy was very nice and informative.”

“Have been using this drug store for my prescriptions for many years, friendly staff and knowledgeable. The one thing they often can't get right is the type of lid for pill bottles. I'm a senior with no children in my household yet pharmacy staff issue the press and turn lids for my prescriptions. For years they have it noted on my file to use the the snap lids. The most recent one would not press and turn no matter what I tried. Finally managed after struggling, to open it with a bottle opener. My next thought was to smash in with a hammer!”

Today TP was on my list and although Charmin was On Sale for a Significantly Lower price than the Canadian made Purex product, I Chose to support Canadian and Paid the Full Price for the Canadian made Toilet paper.
I respectfully request that Rexall consider avoiding the selling of this US product and invite them to consider Donating the remaining Charmin product to the Kamloops Food Bank. In my opinion this will be a Win-Win for everyone, and we All will be doing our part to support the Canadian manufacturing of this product and Protecting the jobs of our fellow Canadians.
Our rating today would be a 5 out of 5 but for the US product on your shelves.
We Love Rexall and will continue to shop there but wanted to bring our concerns to your attention. As a family this is our 'Protest' in support of our Canadian brothers and sisters as we push back against US Economic Terrorism.
