About Rexall
Rexall is a pharmacy known for its helpful and friendly staff, who consistently provide excellent customer service. Many customers have praised individual employees for their assistance, noting how knowledgeable and kind they are, especially when helping shoppers find products or carrying items to their cars. However, there are concerns about the store's recent changes in ownership, which have affected its hours of operation, leading to inconvenience for customers. The pharmacy has reduced its hours from 24 hours to closing earlier in the evening, causing frustration among those who rely on its services. Additionally, the store often runs low on popular items like milk, particularly on weekends. Despite these challenges, customers appreciate the hard work of the staff, who strive to maintain a positive shopping experience even amid labor shortages. Overall, while Rexall has dedicated employees, the business is facing some operational difficulties that impact customer convenience.

We received excellent help from Karen after my wife thought she had lost an expensive item that she had purchased earlier. She took time to search various parts of the store and even offered to review CCTV wow. The manager came in the next day.
