I was hunting for a rubber gasket for a shut off valve. Initially, I went to Johnson Walsh but they did not have the part I was looking for but the plumber there told me that if "anyone would have it it would be the guys at ba Robinson". I was super impressed with the service I recieved at ba robinson. The first sales guy was busy with another customer but he kept checking in with me, giving me pointers inbetween carrying boxes for the other customer. When the other salesperson was free, he helped me find the part and he installed it as well. All this service for a part worth less than a buck. To top things off he said it wasn't worth ringing up. Totally made my day as I was starting to get frustrated with leaky taps and finding parts. Will definitely go back and I definitely recommend them to others based on inventory selection and above and beyond customer service.
