I went in this afternoon to get a toilet and supplies for our rental house. The two gentleman that helped me out were awesome. They made this shopping experience one of the smoothest I have had in a very long time! I highly recommend this store!

Returned some detective items July 4 older women at the till was rather unpleasant & questioned the reasoning & validity for the returns.
Other staff have been great there in the past, but this person needs to not be in customer service

Just spent about half hour in Rona contractors counter with Steve (I’m pretty sure is his name) We got the best service. We had a complicated order with three houses involved. We made changes and had many questions and got answers not only from Steve but also from guy who will be assembling order. We wanted some things now and some things later and everything was no problem. Can’t say enough about how great the experience was.

Rona Kamloops is very large store which include Appliances, Furniture and decorations. Kitchen cabinets. Outdoor and garden materials, Farm supplies, Electrical and lighting etc etc. there are lot of choices available. Ample parking space. And employees are co operative.

We went to Rona about 20 minutes before closing time to return a damaged vanity. Rod was able to locate another one for us and help us load it before the store closed. Great customer service!
