Yesterday we had the pleasure of being assisted by Noumouni. She was very helpful in finding what our gift recipient likes to purchase. She went to her list by phone numbers and found the exact product she likes to buy. Thanks again Noumouni for your magic.

Not a fan of this location. Very hard to find help. No one offers to help. Been to other Sephoras and they're always helpful. Asked for suggestions on a hair care product and was showed one product that cost way too much.

Not Kamloops, but online ordering.
EVERY SINGLE TIME i place an order and choose my 2 free samples, I NEVER get them! So frustrating. Throw something in the box, jeez!! Why offer it if your customers aren't gonna get it!?!?
I should just go back the The Clinique counter at The Bay, where I used to shop before Sephora opened.

I went in with a friend of mine. We were both browsing and sampling some of the makeup and skincare products. But not a single employee greeted or even acknowledged us... I was absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service and will not be back.

I recently visited Sephora for a wedding makeup consultation, and I had a fantastic experience. Jeunessa, the consultant, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to show me a variety of lipstick and makeup options that would suit my wedding look. Her expertise and personalized attention made me feel confident and well-prepared for my big day. I highly recommend Sephora for anyone looking for professional and friendly makeup advice!

I have been visiting Sephora for a long time, and I’ve always appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, my recent experience with a cashier named OLAITIN was disappointing. She was rude, arrogant, and didn’t even smile. It’s a stark contrast to the excellent customer service Sephora is known for. It’s disheartening to see such behavior affecting the store’s reputation. I hope this issue is addressed to maintain the high standards Sephora is known for.

I have never really been one to enjoy shopping at Sephora but today I was helped out by the loveliest worker named Dre. I have never felt so supported and welcomed in the store and spent over an hour discovering new products and discussing different options and brands ranging from skincare to makeup to fragrance- I was so happy with everything I picked out and definitely will be coming back for the items I wasn't able to get today. Thank you Dre, you are a gem for the business.

My 2 kids went to sephora for the first time with their own money and as kids do they don't consider taxes and my daughter fell short by 2 cents . My son offered to pay with his card and heaven forbid the teller had to do 2 transactions in doing so shamed my kids saying "you're confusing me" and my kids felt embarrassed not very good customer service as a rep could've easily said " I misunderstood you" or "let me help you" they spend their own allowance which we encourage and will continue to do so. Hence the one star this is the first one star review I've ever given.

Was there today and absolutely no one offered assistance. The girls were busy talking amongst themselves. The samples were dirty, ends of lip gloss were missing, eye shadows crumbly. Not the Sephora standard.
