Absolutely brutal. I have been a very long time customer with Shaw. Loved their service and had no issues with them and their services/pricing.
Our contract came up for renewal, and I got a written quote from the mall location as I couldn't get ahold of anyone on the phone even after using their "Chat" service.
I called in prior to my contract expiring to activate the new contract that the mall offered me and was told their dont honour the mall store prices. Even went as far as to say for existing customers they can't help them. REALLY???
The new price that the rep quoted me on the phone was way higher than what I was quoted originally even after talking to the supervisor. Actually would change again on September 15th as their equipment prices are going up for all customers without notice.
I then talked to my wife and decided to cancel our TV services, and just go internet. I called back again and got a totally different price from the rep. What is going on with them? Rogers has obviously changed something and it isn't good for their customers. Get everything in writing and do not trust them.
RIP Shaw, we all wish you were here still !

Absolutely horrible. Said I wanted month to month, they sent me a 2yr contract by 'accident'. Brought my equipment back, they said they didn't receive it until I sent them footage of me dropping it off. Tried to transfer my account, they just stopped answering. Wouldn't deal with them again if it was the only option. Non existent customer service

The two companies with the worst costumer service got together to provide worse service. Try their “AI” before you take this mistake on. Then try and call customer service. If you can get through either without pulling out your hair, best of luck.

Transferred all their mobility customers to Rogers, messing up everyone's accounts and causing extra charges.

Now Rogers. Not a fan ... really enjoyed the Shaw team. Store is now red everywhere, a bit overwhelming. Waited a good 20 minutes for one of the two customer service reps to finish with their customers. Yes... I know starting a new phone plan or setting up a new account takes longer than 20 minutes but that was part of the Shaw appeal. Never had to wait that long before...

Shaw workers dug up our lawn to access a cable that goes through our yard to fix our neighbors service . They cut our underground sprinkler hose and buried it. I contacted them and they never got back to me so like they said they would I had to have it fixed on my own.

Quick, helpful. Compared current & old packages we still have. Downside cannot return equipment thereto the store. Was given a post-paid sticker to return Shaw Rogers equipment yourself.
