“Had a bad experience picking up a package. The employeee couldn’t find it for 15 minutes then moved on to help another passport customer. The manager then looked and found it in under a minute. Then he asked for I’D and said it wasn’t me on my drivers licence photo. It was. The address matched also. By now the pickup lineup was out the door. I was patient but the manager was really rude.”
