Paid huge dollars for my Christmas turkey to have it deboned and stuffed. I suffer from chronic pain so having this done is very helpful, albeit expensive. Seemed strange the house did not smell like the typical Christmas turkey while cooking but with all going on, I did not give thought. Made side dishes with stuffing in mind for quantity of food. Cutting into the turkey became apparent why there was no typical Christmas turkey smell. No stuffing. Gravy had little flavour and the turkey meat was bland. Did not have enough potatoes made to make up for lack of stuffing. After dinner I spent an hour going thru the garbage trying to find proof of purchase. Not a great experience. Called Summit on 27th and the fella who deboned the turkey apologized for not stuffing it. I appreciate mistakes happen and we are all under financial stress these days. He called me back after talking to the manager and offered me $20. The turkey was $130. I did not expect a full refund but due to the fact it quite affected our Christmas meal I felt the offer of $20 was poor attempt to make it good. I will never go there again.

We don't eat a lot of beef, generally. We had a big family day in town, and our ladies informed us they wanted to have steak. Walked out of summit with a choice ribeye and beauty sirloin, with a smile on my face. The beef was raised local, cut straight, and well laid out. Packed with care, and reasonably priced. These guys have served us well over the years, and I'm happy to come in, whenever I'm able.

Suddenly want to get some sliced beef for hot pot. Suppose it needs to preorder a da y ahead, but the staff Fran was so nice to make it for us right away.

Quality meats and very friendly/helpful staff. Absolutely you pay more but the quality is worth it. We appreciate the wide selection they have too. We've purchased sandwich meats, bacon, pork chops, different chicken items, ground lamb, elk burgers, and even pre-ordered some jerky-sliced pork loin so we could made our own jerky at home. That was awesome and convenient. Lastly we also feed our dog whole foods on occasion and they always have frozen packs of chicken hearts/gizzards/liver for that! Highly recommend this place for your meat needs!

Racial profiling once we got there from the old lady working here! , This so called lady had an attitude with my father as soon as he walked in and rudely asked him if he could even afford a steak! Definitely do not recommend
