Went in looking for skin cream. Was approached by a staff member and was shown a shelf of items at 50% off because the formula was being changed by the company. Serious? Cool. Picked out two and went to the cash where another staff member was. She rang me in at full price. I told her what her co-worker said but she told me she was unaware there was any such deal. When we went to check with the second staff member, she was no where to be found.

the new manager is so rude. I asked why nobody notify me that my member card was expiring; she proceded to says " it is nothing we can do, you lost your points" She was so rude. I am not going back that place. I used to buy all my products there.Not anymore... They should review their card membership policy. They send you reminder of sales all the time, but never an email to tell you when the card you pay for is expiring. Amazon sells the same products cheaper.
