The gentleman that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional. He even called me the next day to let me know that a special was back on. I'm happy with the service which is much better than the Rogers store!

I believe Amelia is the managers name. The lady manager did a tremendous job in solving a dispute I had w the insurance company. She was very helpful!

Thank you so much to the fella who helped me over the phone with a rogers customer who came into my store very confused and not even knowing he was with rogers. (I work with another carrier in town) and called the rogers store in aberdeen who were in turn very rude over the phone (I don't deal with rogers here and I was just trying to help a confused old man) you were amazing, super patient and willing to help me help this customer over the phone. You deserve a raise sir, because I know you don't get paid to do stuff like this.

10 days ago I went their for buying a sim. After buying it, I faced serious trouble with the connection, showing ?. I Couldn’t make a call or even text. The gentleman ( seller) kanish told it was system glitch. He was trying to call Fido customer service. I was waiting at the store to fix the problem around 45 minutes. Finally, he said to me it will be fixed within an hour. On top of that he offered me $50 gift card to compensate my waiting time. Unfortunately, it was his tricks. Today, I went there and he said it was not his fault so he will not provide me gift card. I will not recommend. Very unprofessional service.
