The Ruby Room is the best consignment store I’ve ever been to - I’ve had so many successful, high quality finds for great prices! Shannon, the owner, is fabulous and does an excellent job curating the selection (which includes a variety of brands, sizes and price ranges), as well as welcoming and supporting customers throughout their visit.
I first stumbled upon The Ruby Room in June 2023 on a trip to Kamloops and after visiting a the store a second, I can say this is now a “must-stop” every time I pass through Kamloops. Can’t recommend it enough!

The staff was extremely helpful and lovely, clothing brands and selection was good. The reason for the low review is at the cash register after spending over $1000 i looked down and found a fine print sign saying returns and exchanges in-store credit only. A very repulsing statement of we got your money and don't necessarily stand behind what we sell. This is very unfortunate as it is influencing non-local purchases which I'd rather purchase and support local business. Its a very repelling policy that will keep us from ever returning unless changed and will be the first statement if asked about the store.

The owner Shannon is so lovely and helpful. The store is very well organized and stocked with a great selection of new and gently used designer clothing. Highly recommend.

I'm not one for purses but I decided to get one here because I needed one, and it was one of the best investments ever! everything there is really good quality and the lady who works there is so so so incredibly kind, helpful, and all around a ray of sunshine. What a lovely store<3

Had an awesome experience today at Ruby Room and found exactly what I was looking for. Can't even express how lovely and incredibly helpful the woman was, who helped me finding my dream wedding skirt and what to wear on top. An absolute gem and beautiful clothing! I never thought it would be so easy to find what I was looking for. Thank you for this absolutely enjoyable shopping experience ????

Best Bridal dress shopping experience in Kamloops. The owner is so helpful and supportive. The prices are reasonable. The only thing I would suggest is a larger change room xD
