Ok selection. But customer service was awful. I walked in and no one offered to help me the entire time I was in the store, even when I started looking through boxes for sizes. Two employees instead stood by the counter complaining loudly about their shift.

I bought my daughter school shoes on Aug 20, 2022. Unfortunately, one of the shoe soles has ripped off at the heel, and the bottom is slowly falling off. I called the store and a lady said I can bring the shoes in and exchange them even though it was just past the 60 day exchange policy. I went in today, and the store employees denied the exchange because it was 5 days past the policy. I’m frustrated because the shoes are poor quality and instead of keeping a customer and losing maybe $50; they lost a customer and about $300 worth of shoes annually that I usually get at that store for my three kids. Poor business decision.

Waiting forever for checkout. Not comfortable at all. Lady had multiple returns , no thought about there other customers waiting. Very limited choices

Poor customer service ???????? sales girl was lazy....had me getting items to bring to register...instead of helping and she was not busy....just stood at register waiting....was super annoyingStore is good and nice selection but service was horrendous ????????

My husband and myself entered the store today and were greeted in a friendly manner...we both ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes ..the staff was exceptional in helping us choose our shoes...Maya was our assistant and she went above and beyond in customer service!!...Thank you Maya..you will see us again...will tell our friends what great service we received...
