Value Village, a Savers brand, is a for-profit, global thrift retailer offering great quality, gently used clothing, accessories and household goods. Their Rethink Reuse® business model of purchasing, reselling and recycling gives communities a smart way to shop and keeps more than 700 million pounds of used goods from landfills each year. The company also helps over 100 nonprofit organizations by purchasing donated goods from them, providing a source of revenue to support their vital community programs and services. Value Village operates over 300 locations with 20,000 employees across the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Customers have mixed reviews about Value Village. While some appreciate the good selection, they find the prices to be a bit high for donated items. Others feel the stores are too crowded and overwhelming to navigate. Some customers also wish the stores would bring back change rooms.
Staff wasn't as helpful as usual. A couple of employees seemed like they didn't want to be working here.

Good selection even though it is close to campus. Prices have crept up over the past few years but still fair comparatively.

I find it very busy in there. Too much stuff in one space makes it a hard store for me to navigate. I also feel their prices are a tad high for donated items.
