“The Ruby Room is the best consignment store I’ve ever been to - I’ve had so many successful, high quality finds for great prices! Shannon, the owner, is fabulous and does an excellent job curating the selection (which includes a variety of brands, sizes and price ranges), as well as welcoming and supporting customers throughout their visit.
I first stumbled upon The Ruby Room in June 2023 on a trip to Kamloops and after visiting a the store a second, I can say this is now a “must-stop” every time I pass through Kamloops. Can’t recommend it enough!”

“Lovely store! Both the clothing side and the home side are amazing.For the home store: So charming!! Large variety of products and brands, all set up beautifully. That said, I found it quite overpriced. I have seen some of the same products at boutiques in other cities for a lot less. Still, I bought a few things! ?For the clothing store: Really well displayed and curated pieces. I found several nice things that were heavily discounted, which makes up for the higher prices at the home store! ?Would definitely recommend popping into both of these even just to look! ?”

I noticed the following day and went back into the store and it was fixed right away. I always have great service at this store.”
