I recently hired AAA moving company to take care of a 3 day long distance move. The three movers were prompt, friendly and efficient. They helped me with dismantling beds and TV,s. The office staff are also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company for all of your moving needs.

Terrible company Terrible customer service. Took hours to load totes and boxes, when unloading we found items that were tipped over, stacked on top and clearly no effort made to secure it. Movers left without telling us, left our apartment building door opened to find out they had left to uhaul with no key or locker number and without grabbing remaining items. Reported unsafe work conditions due to “needles” which were clean, sealed and in a narcan kit. Was only brought up after we complained about the lack of care towards our belongings and other issues with our move. Not to mention they left a trail of broken glass through our building and valuable items in the lobby/hallways for hours. When we brought these issues up we were told they charged by the hour and weren’t sure what they could do to “make us happy” but offered nothing to try and make up for the numerous problems.

They have an amazing crew. They work hard and quickly to get the job done. I am completely satisfied with my move. Lots of care was taken with my furniture. I am pleased to recommend AAA Best Rate Moving.

Updated...Jan 24...Still is great to see nice new reviews in for these guys! Still happy to suggest when I cannot take on a job! Nol.My review from some yrs ago below...As I run Okanagan Packing and Moving I have suggested these guys at AAA quite a few times in 2019 when I could not take on a job. Hope some jobs panned out for them! I only hear good things about these guys and 1st Choice too and I like to suggest some other moving companies who have a good reputation when I am booked or cannot take on a job and am glad to do so with AAA Best Rates! N.***Update...Jan 20/20...the owner even sent me a Christmas card thanking me for my support and my suggests and this was like a 1st ever and so appreciated. Included a chocolate bar too even! THANKS! (:Update...June/20...when I try and click on your website it says not secured and unprotected to please know. So then I get redirected to safety. I was wanting to send an email to thank you for the most recent suggest is thing! (:

I would highly recommend AAA Best Rates Moving Ltd. The crew at AAA was very respectful of our furnishings in our recent move, we had no damaged items. They worked very efficiantly to get our move completed in a timely manner. The administrative staff was also very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Our move was made much less stressful thanks to AAA Best Rates Moving Ltd.

The people at AAA movers were wonderful to deal with- the guys doing the moving for us were efficient, helpful, courteous and did a great job. I highly recommend this company and would call them again if we need to move.
