Matt was super friendly and helpful. I had a low tire warning come on while passing by and he was willing to check my tires and make sure everything was ok. Great customer service.

Awesome shop! They didn't have what I needed in stock, so they ordered it in for me. The parts came sooner than expected, and it was cheaper than buying them online. I received excellent customer service both on the phone and in person, I'll certainly be doing business here again!

Poor service,I tried ordering a part for my truck was left in the dark. After hearing nothing I made 3 follow up calls over the course of 4 weeks only to be misinformed and put off with excuses as to the availability. Upon giving up and spending approximately 5 minutes online I secured the part at where? One of their sister stores. It arrived within 3 days and was accepted with appreciation.Thank you Edmonton store you are "awesome". Kelowna store , I want to thank you for prompting me to write my first review ever.
