Entire store had a sale the sales clerk did not say final sale as I made my purchase..she didn’t even know the store policy when I came back with my return she had to text the owner and ask as I waited … then refused a return.
now I’m stuck with something I do not want … staff need to be better trained if these are their “policies” especially if the entire store is marked sale price!

I’m someone who relies on customer reviews when purchasing from a store on a first time basis however I didn’t check the review prior to submitting my first online order and regretting it as such. I received my items, almost all had multiple strings/seams falling out. Two items even had tears forming wholes in the tops. I reached out via email to inquire about the items I received being in poor shape to which my responses were not at all handled professionally. I was told that quality control is done prior to shipping out the items and there’s nothing I can do about a few strings other than cut them off. This was more than just a few strings hanging. I provided photos via email and the owner quit responding. Very poor customer service and needless to say - will never be purchasing again. Safe yourself the money.

Cute clothes but the customer service is an embarrassment. Owner is very unprofessional, she berated her staff behind their backs and to their face both times I went shopping there and it was super uncomfortable. Left a bad taste in my mouth, I won’t be going back.

Such a great store! The pieces are fun and edgey - the pricepoint is great. Awesome customer service. So lucky to have this store in Kelowna.

I’ll give it cute and unique items. Customer service. TERRIBLE! I went in to return something I bought last weekend and wore once. First thing I was told you know it’s in store credit only? No I said, “it’s on the receipt” to which I said, on a receipt that I get after I’ve already made my purchase. None the less she told me “if I take a picture and send to my distributor they are going to tell me it’s the clients fault, so I’ll be out of money” still trying to figure out why that’s my issue? Are you insinuating that I would wear the item once and damage it!? She did try to offer me another item or colour, however the immediate attitude upon wanting to return something threw me off. So now here I am with a $70 faulty sweater that I will have to pay to have fixed. Will not be returning and caution all to check the quality before you buy, and know she only wants you to come back and buy products that in my option are way over priced for the quality!

My new favourite place to stop in to grab some new clothes. Had a great experience here. Lots of splendid Apparel to look at and try on. Both men's and women's fashion. If you are wanting to update your look or try some new fashion this is a great place to shop. Have a great selection to look at for both men and women. Prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly and professional. Willing to see if sizes for or find one that does. Quality clothing for a decent price.

Amazing customer service! I had an upcoming trip and she went above and beyond to make sure I got my items in time, even though I totally left it to the last minute. Thank you Lisa!!!! I couldn't be happier with my new straps and I cannot believe how much more room i have for clothing without sacrificing shoe choices!!!

My wife loves shoes and when we travel her shoes take up lots of space. Galibelle shoes have solved that! Plus, her other shoes cause her pain after a few hours. She wears her galibelle shoes allll day! And she looks great in them. This place is awesome and affordable. I'm set up for gifts for years! I'll be a hero. All I need to do is ask Lisa which strap my wife needs, Lisa will check her history, and set me up with presents.
