Extremely disappointed with the service and customer service at Kelowna Audi.My daughter bought a used, near new Q3 from Audi Kelowna. We purchased the extended warranty which they claimed covered the car bumper to bumper.We took the car in prior to the warranty running out to address a pushed in button on the radio console. We were told that the warranty did not cover the cars “Trim” . I’m not sure what bumper to bumper means if they do not cover “Trim”. I’m not even sure what is listed under “ trim “. But It would have been nice to know this prior to or while purchasing the extended warranty.Anyway that said, the real reason for this low review is that the customer service was way below expectations.The service department kept the car all day. All day to look at a pushed in radio button.When I picked up the car many of the settings had been changed. It was up to us to reset everything. ( disappointing)They said I would hear from them in a day or two regarding the radio button as they had to contact head office. Three weeks later, no call, no follow up, no nothing from Audi.I called Audi to ask what was going on, they said the service person Kirk would call me or my daughter. Again no call, but I received a brief text from Kirk stating that the claim was denied from head office.In all the years I have bought vehicles I have never had such poor customer service. Such disregard for the customer, absolutely no personalized service here. A phone call was too much for them to make.I’m happy we are now off any warranty with Audi, because I can now take the car where we will be treated with respect and consideration, where the service departments calls the customer to let them know what is happening, where the car is picked up with the customers settings still in place. Where the car is cleaned and whipped down.Just really disappointed at the impersonal service here. Also feel ripped off getting the warranty, that was not properly explained.But really angry at no call or follow up call, even when I called them to follow up.

Outstanding service. Contacted them about them about a vehicle I was interested in and they went above and beyond as I was out of town. Ken, the sales manager was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Car shopping is stressful; they made it a great experience. Thank you Audi Kelowna

I purchased Audi Extended Care through my previous dealership. When I tried to take my vehicle in for servicing, the care package I had purchased was not showing in the Audi Canada system and therefore Audi Kelowna said they would not be able to provide the maintenance service under this plan. I spoke with my previous dealership and they provided necessary documentation and said they could speak with Audi Kelowna to confirm purchase if necessary as it sometimes takes a while for the Audi Canada system to update. Audi Kelowna stated that this was not sufficient and that they would not be able to honour the Audi Extended Care. There was no assistance provided to come up with a solution and I was told I would have to pay out of pocket for the scheduled maintenance. I spoke with another Audi dealership and they had no problem accepting the documentation I had on hand and conducting a confirmation phone call with my original dealership to confirm purchase and proceed with the service under the extended care plan I had purchased.In addition I was hoping to have an out of province inspection done at Audi Kelowna. I asked if they would be able to add a license plate holder to the front of the vehicle to which they said it would be an extra charge of $650 for the holder which sounded absurd to me. The other dealership I spoke with said they do this free of charge as it is required to be on the car to pass the inspection anyways.Overall frustrating first experience from Audi Kelowna and I will be going to another Audi dealership moving forward.

Absolutely amazing experience, Jesse from Audi Kelowna was by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with. Polite, professional, knowledgeable and best of all I didn't feel pressured into the sale. All my question and concerns were answered and I got my new vehicle delivered to my door. Thank you Audi Kelowna.

This is my second Q 7 that I purchased from Audi-Kelowna, even though the delivery seemed really slow and lengthy, the service is making up for it. Cali Pantigozo is most helpful, knowledgeable and always very please t to deal with. My car and l are always looking forward knowing, that he will take care of any concerns!

Very pleased with Audi Kelowna’s service, but more so pleased with the new car!I reached out remotely from Toronto, Ontario - we were very particular about the spec of the SQ5 we wanted, and the right car happened to be for sale at Audi Kelowna.The whole process was smooth - we flew into Kelowna, got shuttled from the airport by our salesman, inspected the car, and got the keys/were on our way back to Toronto promptly.The car was in excellent condition with no surprises. I am certain that the dealership could’ve sold the car locally, and selling to someone out of province surely required them to jump more hoops. Nevertheless they went above and beyond before, during and after purchase.Thank you again to Jesse and everybody else who made the transaction as smooth and pleasant as it could possibly be. The SQ5 went to a good home and will be enjoyed for many years to come :)

I would like to give a huge shout out to Cali in service. He has gone above and beyond in taking care of us!We had just filled up our tank and were about to leave Calgary on our way home to Vernon, when a solid orange engine light came on our Q7. We called Cali at the Kelowna dealership service department to ask if we should be alarmed, if we should have it towed, or if it was okay. Cali was so professional and so helpful, and gave us assurance we could drive home and booked an appointment to bring the Q7 in to check this out. He told us he felt confident it was okay to drive home, however if the engine light started to blink to pull over immediately and have it towed. Thankfully it did not.A few hours later Cali called us, just to follow-up and to make sure everything was okay with the Q7 and to ask how our drive home was going.We have never had that kind of service from any dealership and we felt we were in such good hands. Thank you Cali and Kelowna Audi for taking the time to call us and to ensure we were okay.Tracy & Charles

We moved to Kelowna 2 months ago and my Audi was in need of a service. I contacted Audi Kelowna and booked my vehicle in. Cali Pantigozo was the person I was dealing with and I knew my vehicle was in good hands the minute I walked in. He went over and above to make my first experience at Audi Kelowna a great one. His customer services is second to none. I highly recommend Audi Kelowna and thank you Cali.

I have been going to Audi Kelowna for the past several years and it has been the best service I have ever received from a dealership. During the past 6 weeks I have been struggling with a local business that installed an aftermarket part in my car which resulted in serious damage to my steering column wiring and components. Cali one of the service advisors at Audi has been amazing and I cannot say enough about how he has gone above and beyond to help me through this frustrating and costly experience. Cali made sure I had photos and a detailed report of the damage and the parts needed to repair my steering column. During the past 6 weeks Cali checked in with me regularly while waiting for parts and provided me with updates. As I do not live in Kelowna, he provided me with options for my car being in the shop all day; as well as keeping himself informed to support me with trying to recover the costs from the local business who damaged my car. It's all fixed now...thank you Cali!!

I have had my 2012 Audi Q5 serviced at Audi Kelowna since 2014. The service has always been above and beyond excellent. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Cali. I do not know much about the mechanics of my vehicle, but I completely trust Cali and his expertise in that regard. He explains every detail in a professional, easy to understand way and makes you feel well taken care of. From dropping off my Q5 to the phone call to let me know it’s ready for pickup and explanation of the work done and right to the diagnostic report, he makes it an easy smooth process! I always feel well taken care and the cappuccinos are always a nice treat too! Audi Kelowna is lucky to have Cali on the team!

Sale experience was great, until I took delivery and the service person drilled holes in my front bumper to mount the licence plate. Instead of drilling the plate to match the factory holes. After that it just got worse ….. better book your oil change 3 months in advance or they will not have alternative transportation unless you live within Kelowna…….never buying Audi again…. Really love the car but the service is horrible….

Jesse at Audi Kelowna is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, he provided exceptional service and made the whole car-buying process a breeze. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect vehicle. I highly recommend Jesse and the team at Audi Kelowna for all your automotive needs. They truly deserve 5 stars!. Jed in financing understood and heard my budget concerns exceeded every expectation. I usually am afraid to purchase a car with the pressure of a sales person and in the dealership this felt like home and I was buying a lifestyle from a family member not a shark. The GM Truly cares about your safety and happiness not the bottom line.

Thank you Cali, for your informative and friendly communication during my recent service visit. You were friendly and kind.Upon my check in, You noted things to me about my Q5 that were not quite right… also, You not only offered me coffee, but you also checked in with me several times as I waited in the lounge.
