“CSN was amazing! Right from when I pulled up to the building, Daniel came outside to welcome me. He was very friendly and immediately engaged with the situation. Once inside, he communicated the process clearly with flexible scheduling options. He also arranged for our courtesy car and made everything seem so easy and effortless. When it was time to bring the vehicle in, Daniel had phoned me ahead of time and was proactive to ensure that there were no surprises. The rental car arrived on time and I couldn't believe how seamless the experience all was. The job was finished ahead of schedule and looked fantastic - like brand new! And they even detailed the interior as a bonus! In a world where customer service seems forgotten, CSN Dayton has renewed my faith. They were absolutely excellent from start to finish and I will recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Daniel and team!!”
“Josh replaced the broken fob for a 2003 Honda CRV. The new fob has flip out key so I can use the old key as a backup. He was diligent and did the work quickly while I waited. I will call him in the future as needed.”

Yet again another task requiring exemplary execution and I call on August to see if they can accommodate. With gusto they proceed to knock it out of the park again.
Now mind you, I’m not a multimillionaire with a lambo getting custom work done. Im just a regular guy with a regular ride that asks the service provider to be trustworthy, transparent and honest.

“I took my vehicle in due to the workers at Mr. Lube telling me my transmission fluid had metal shavings in it and I wasn’t sure it actually did since I hadn’t had the vehicle for very long.
I was told that there was nothing in the fluid at all. They ran a magnet through it and nothing.
Shout out to Tim!! Such a kind man. He didn’t charged me for the appointment which he didn’t have to do but he’s just that awesome!

“There's this young guy there by the name of Steve urintsov i gave this guy a task he helped me find the vehicle I wanted it was pretty tough but he was up for the challenge we worked together for almost 2 week to find the one i was looking for this guy is super friendly and works his ass off for you also not to forget his great communication if your looking for any vehicle I highly reccomend using Steve you won't regret it great guy”
“Probably one of the best auto repair shops I have been to, they were very reliable, had great communication, didn't do extra work, but added value and confirmed the work required after the diagnosis. Their head mechanic went over the invoice with us on top of the service underwriter. They even had a courtesy vehicle for me to use while mine was stuck in the shop for the day.”

The staff were exceptionally professional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by staff, and they made me feel valued as a customer. Cali Pantigozo from customer service was knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently.
I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of service. I expected longer waiting time, but they completed the work much quicker than anticipated. Cali kept me updated on the progress, which was a nice touch.
Communication was another strong point. Cali provided clear updates on the status of my car. I never felt left in the dark about what was happening.

“I’d been travelling from Vancouver with a car I bought there, heading back home to Winnipeg. We arrive at our bnb in Kelowna around 5pm on Thursday. The car is sounding a little strange when I go to start it again. It would get louder as we went around town to pick up a few things. I called not long after 8am Friday, asking if they could squeeze me in to look at it (as I didn’t want to risk a breakdown on our travels). Not only did they do that, they figure out the issue, and had it fixed by 2pm after dropping it off for 9am. Wound up being the A/C condenser. Amazing speed, and service with a friendly atmosphere saw my car back on the road and sounding normal again in less than 24 hours of noticing the problem. Kudos!”
