“I would definitely recommend CSN Collision Centre on Dayton St. From the moment I walked in to their office to get a quote on what the cost would be on the repair of my truck for the unfortunate dog accident. Ron Coombs immediately took over taking pictures, gave me instructions on what I had to do as far as ICBC. It was an awesome ending to a very unfortunate accident, my truck was fixed and repairs expertly completed in the quoted time. I am very impressed with the service I received. “Came to this shop after problems began to surface with my used vehicle purchase. Ended up needing a clutch job, They had my car ready to go sooner than expected and diagnosed several other issues on the vehicle for free. Couple of weeks later found a puddle of transmission fluid in my driveway, I called the shop as soon as I had the chance and they told me to bring it in straight away and were able to fit me in as soon as I arrived. They diagnosed the issue and had the part ordered within 20 mins of me being there, ended up being an axle seal. A couple hours later the car was ready to go and to my amazement they told me everything was taken care of and didn't charge me a single cent for the repair. Excellent service I cannot recommend the shop enough. Big thanks to Shaun and Ivar. Will return to this shop for any of my automotive repair needs. Honest and quality people here”

“Driving into Kelowna from Vancouver on Friday night my check engine light came on. I couldn’t find a mechanic open on the weekend, so I ended up getting an OBD2 scanner. The errors I got on it gave very conflicting results about whether it was safe to drive home or not. I called 7 different places, none of which could help or get my car in to look at it for days. When I called Kelowna Auto Care, the person I reached (I wish I had gotten his name, but I was very stressed out by this point and forget to ask) said that they were also booked out and couldn’t get me in until Wednesday.However, he then patiently explained what the error meant and how to clear the errors and retest my car to see if I could make it home safely. It worked. So, although I didn’t receive service from them, I would definitely recommend Kelowna Auto Care. They took the time and went above and beyond. Thanks so much!”

“I could not be happier with max performance auto repair. I had an appointment scheduled and my car ended up breaking down before the appointment. I had the car towed to them during the night without notice. I showed up In the morning to see if that was okay. They were super helpful and even offered to get my car in THAT DAY. “Service for my audi S5 was planned as a wheel bearing replacement. Before the date of service, I blew a coolant fixture and they not only fixed the coolant and bearing very quickly, but did and excellent job and fixed other things like a rattling noise I could never pinpoint free of charge. They service high-end luxury cars here, however, as someone on the lower end of luxury I was treated the same as a Ferrari owner. The Boys chauffeured me to school when I was without a vehicle, and even helped me out on the price of parts as a student. 11/10 recommend. Audi's quote for the same job was over 500 dollars more.Do not settle for anything less than August Garage's standards ? ?”

“It’s so refreshing to find an auto repair place where the employees are highly courteous, honest and direct. I was previously told by Fountain Tire to replace my rear brakes soon, as they were apparently down to 20%, so when I brought my car in to Paragon, they brought me into the garage to directly show me with a gauge the exact measurement: the brakes were still at 50%. They could have easily gone ahead and replaced the brakes without any comment, but their honesty has made me a customer for life. Highly recommended.”
