“Driving into Kelowna from Vancouver on Friday night my check engine light came on. I couldn’t find a mechanic open on the weekend, so I ended up getting an OBD2 scanner. The errors I got on it gave very conflicting results about whether it was safe to drive home or not. I called 7 different places, none of which could help or get my car in to look at it for days. When I called Kelowna Auto Care, the person I reached (I wish I had gotten his name, but I was very stressed out by this point and forget to ask) said that they were also booked out and couldn’t get me in until Wednesday.However, he then patiently explained what the error meant and how to clear the errors and retest my car to see if I could make it home safely. It worked. So, although I didn’t receive service from them, I would definitely recommend Kelowna Auto Care. They took the time and went above and beyond. Thanks so much!”

“The only place in town tonight still open, just before Christmas Eve. Barely. They were bringing in their signs but they took me in, changed my tires. It wasn't straightforward either. Friendly, chill and they worked out the kinks for me. Now i can drive the Kootenay pass tonight.I might be last person in town to switch to winters this year. Win.You guys are awesome. They took the time to diagnose the issue properly, which in the end became the less expensive option, did a quality inspection on other items and had my vehicle ready for pick-up same day. Excellent service and communication and I appreciated the friendly shuttle service too!”
“Came to this shop after problems began to surface with my used vehicle purchase. Ended up needing a clutch job, They had my car ready to go sooner than expected and diagnosed several other issues on the vehicle for free. Couple of weeks later found a puddle of transmission fluid in my driveway, I called the shop as soon as I had the chance and they told me to bring it in straight away and were able to fit me in as soon as I arrived. They diagnosed the issue and had the part ordered within 20 mins of me being there, ended up being an axle seal. A couple hours later the car was ready to go and to my amazement they told me everything was taken care of and didn't charge me a single cent for the repair.
