“Very professional full inspection system. I was able to view the full report online with a detailed breakdown. After discussing the projected cost for the various repair work needed, i was able to weigh my budget vs the most pressing repair requirements. It's a 2012 HD diesel with well over 200k, there are some requirements! “My son was at Big White and called me to say my truck was leaking coolant. He drove into Kelowna hoping to get it fixed this afternoon, as we are from Maple Ridge.
He called Kelowna Auto Care at 3:30. They said to bring the truck in and they would see what they could do. Turns out it was the water pump and said it would be ready tonight.
They stayed open late to make sure my son could get home tonight. Given the circumstances, and the fact they stayed open late, the price was extremely fair.

FORMAN automotive were near by so I headed in. (730) Am. Spoke with Mike the owner who took the vehicle in as an emergency repair. DAMN decent of him I'd say. Shop rates were quite fair also.”
