A warm and grateful thank-you to Pamela, Manager of the Ben Moss location at Orchard Park Mall. We had a very complex situation with my daughter's engagement ring. Pamela was very warm, understanding, professional and resourceful with assisting our family through what could have been a very emotional and challenging time. Pamela was very attentive with advising next steps through regular telephones calls throughout the process. We can't thank-you enough for the outstanding customer service you provided. I will recommend you and Ben Moss at every opportunity.

I went into the Kelowna Location today to look for a family ring for my mom’s birthday. There was no one in the store at the time, so I went to the first person I saw who was red haired lady with black glasses. She told me that she didn’t know how much they cost as they’re custom. We walked over to the brochures and she handed me one. She then told me again they were custom based on the stones and the type of metal we were wanting. Me and my mom looked and saw one we liked, and I asked her how much this one would be, and before I could tell her the metal she said “ I don’t know much it is as you’ll have to know what stone type and which gold we wanted. I told her I wanted to know how much in white gold with three garnets, and then turned to my mom to ask the last stone and AGAIN said “ I don’t know much it is as you'll have to tell me what stones and metal.. and I interrupted her and yelled “HOLY S*^T SO UNHELPFUL!!!!” Grabbed my mom and wheeled her out of the store. I have never in my life ever dealt with someone in customer service who was incredibly rude and clearly didn’t want our business. I worked in retail as a manager for over 10 years, and would be shocked to hear a staff member act like Janice did towards a customer. I have been a customer of Ben Moss for a long time, which is why I went to this store first to inquire about family rings.Very appalling lack of service from Janice ( I called the store so I could find out her name)and I hope this is a coachable moment she can learn from.

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this store. The salesperson, a red-haired woman, was not only rude but also insulting. She made derogatory comments about the pricing and interfered during the payment process, making the entire transaction uncomfortable. It's disheartening when someone ruins what should have been a happy moment, as I was purchasing a gift for my mom. The lack of patience and professionalism demonstrated by this salesperson was disappointing, and I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with her.

Lady "helping" us was very rude and condescending towards my fiancé and I. We left very unimpressed and disappointed with the experience.

I bought a gold necklace a year ago. I’ve been back many of times showing them the necklace as it collects all sorts of debris and is very difficult to clean it. The chain crinkles up. Just recently now the chain has broke. I’ve contacted Pamela the manager 3-4 times showing her pictures of the necklace. She keeps telling me that she has emailed the person above her. I have not heard anything back for a month in a half. I have called, and left messages and still nothing. The Kelowna store has the worst customer service and would not recommend you purchase anything from them. I’m really hoping they will get back to me.

I had my rings sized in this store. They were returned looking as new as the day I received them many years ago. We had a little issue and the ladies resolved it swiftly and graciously. Many thanks!

Worst customer service...We wanted to but braclet so we told her to show some braclets to us...she was hesitating to show us more than one braclet at a time..We think she thought that we gonna steal the braclets..i won't recommend...

No pressure or attempt to upsale from the staff unlike most other jewelry stores I visited. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable with their products and found exactly what i was looking for in minutes. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Absolutely fantastic experience and NOT harrassed about restrictions due to the virus by the name of Covid19. I applaud you having a Normal and NOT new normal experience purchasing in your store! Marianne and Reinhard
