I don’t see my negative review, how selective are you. I’m now under the impression my order was given to someone else, as it was recieved but no longer there, And now they are out of stock, Black Friday sale, call me I’ve phoned 5 times, online 4 times and in store 3 times.

I was trying to find a company that deals with Lucky mobile, which Best Buy does not. I stopped to play on one of the many laptops on display and navigated to my Facebook page. While I was scrolling waiting for a reply from a friend regarding my Lucky Mobile problem an associate looked over my shoulder at my screen and loudly protested that"THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC LIBRARY."then proceeded to order me off the display laptop and stood sentinel until I logged off and closed the browser. I thought it was unnecessary and extremely rude. I had been on the computer for less than 5 minutes when this happened.

Initial experience when I bought my brand new phone was awesome. The guy was extremely helpful.Problems came when I had a problem with my phone. I have the protection plan. Everything has to be done online. No one in the store could help apparently.They sent a replacement for my 4 month old brand new phone. A refurbished and far inferior model. Contacted them and got a 'too bad so sad' attitude. They're holding $1120 hostage until I send my old phone back. I found out it's $60 locally to fix so I want to send the replacement back and get my money back. Cannot reach anyone through customer service. I've spent literally hours on hold.This is terrible customer service especially when there is a time limit involved.Beware when buying from here and signing up for the protection plan.

I went to BB to purchase printer ink. Bought one for 65.99. I happen to be in Walmart the same printer ink is 45.99. 20.00 difference on one small item. I am a member of geek squad and when I asked a question the reply was I don’t know. I will rethink my membership

WORST customer service!! This particular 'representative' said some racial slurs and humiliated my Husband infront of our son yesterday for asking questions about products they offer. Then he told my Husband to leave the store because his shift ended soon, completely ignoring the questions he was asking; which it did not BTW as there was another couple of his ethnicity he helped instead as soon as he left! Most representatives in my past experience have gone above and beyond, but this location infuriates me as no other representative stepped in to help either.

Ordered online. No available tracking. After 5 days of not getting the order I talked to the chat service. They informed me that the package was already delivered to my front door the day before. When I asked for a refund or why I didn't get any notifications of the package being delivered their response was to check with my neighbours.So basically I'm supposed to go knock on my neighbours door and ask if they stole my package with my name and address on it?Avoid!

Trying to call the store to see if they have a specific watch in stock. Can't talk to anyone in the store on the phone and their support phone can not confirm stock. What's the point of even having a phone number if you can't confirm item availability?Lol you can see from the owners response how much they care. I will never purchase another item from Best Buy ever again. Placed an online order to only have them cancel it 3 days later because they entered in my order number wrong to someone else's account. Then they would not correct their mistake. Not honor the sale price anymore. I'm not talking about a couple hundred dollar item, I'm talking about a $4000.00 item.

I brought my laptop in as I thought I needed a new charger. The guy that helped me, picked out the new charger but wanted to check old one first. Of course when he turned it on it worked. He looked at events and a few settings and decided the battery had been drained to zero. I really appreciated that he took a few minutes to help and explain. Service like this is exceptional and it ended up I did not have to buy anything. Thank you!
