I love this store and it is always a place I come to stop in when I visit Kelowna. They have beautiful clothing and products. I have always had decent service, never anything outstanding, but the staff is friendly enough and the store is always clean and well kept with a nice vibe. Definitely a beautiful shop to visit in Kelowna.

I stopped in for my first time and the girls working there are absolutely fantastic! I could have stayed and chatted with them all day. They’re so sweet and personable it was such a breath of fresh air to see smiling faces genuinely wanting to help and go out of their way to give a good experience. I will definitely be back because of them so thank you ladies!! :)

I visit Boheme semi-frequently, but was disappointed by my visit a few weeks ago. The store was not busy, and the four females on staff did not greet me, ask me if I needed help, or offer me a room when my arms were full of clothing I wished to try on. Instead, I had to approach them to assist me and then got to listen to them gossip about boys and their CERB paycheques whilst I was in the dressing room.I politely emailed them after the incident and said I would be back to give them another chance as I have worked in retail, but that their customer service missed the mark (there was none) and I was hoping my experience would get passed along to the staff. That was 2 weeks ago, with absolutely no reply. I thought I may have an incorrect email address, so I made a comment on a social media post asking them to confirm their email for me. Radio silence, while they conveniently responded to other messages and comments, etc.I will never step foot in their store again, and I am sure my friends and family won't either. I will happily give my business to other local boutiques that know what customer service means.

love love the clothing, products and staff ! Our last experience tho was disappointing. I purchased a dress for a special occasion for my daughter and after wearing it for the event, she found that it didn't fit well, kept pulling sideways, and also had a small defect/ tear in a seam. We were told we couldn't return it as it was worn, and that the defect couldn't have been there before we bought it. Disappointing customer service as we are long time regular shoppers and would have gladly kept the dress if it had fit comfortably , or if we had seen the damage ahead of time, we would have pointed it out.

Today was good but the majority of the time I go in one of the regular employees, maybe the supervisor or manager(not sure if that is who it is) is caught up in gossip and talking about other people be it other staff or customers. If it weren't for the fact that i like seeing the variety in brands they carry I probably would not go back- I work in customer service and this is not how you act around guests.
