Boyce-Gyro Beach Park in Kelowna, BC, is a popular and lively beach on Okanagan Lake, known for its shallow, warm water that is only about waist deep, making it ideal for children. The park features a large playground, zip lines over the water, sand volleyball courts, and shaded areas with trees, providing a relaxing environment. Visitors can enjoy water sports rentals, inflatable activities, and the convenience of a nearby store. Dogs on leashes are welcome, and the beach offers soft sand and cement ping pong tables for additional fun. Parking can be challenging during peak times since it is pay parking and very busy in the summer, but arriving early or visiting in the off-season can help. The park is well-loved for its beautiful sunrise and sunset views, and visitors often spend the entire day here with family and friends. While amenities like toilets can sometimes be dirty, overall, Boyce-Gyro Beach Park is a fun, family-friendly spot to enjoy Kelowna’s weather and outdoor activities.
Definitely one of the more popular beaches in Kelowna the water is shallow and warm although not very clear there are solid cement ping pong tables and a couple of beach volleyball nets as well as a large playground for children and zipline going into the water which you can't go wrong with.

Nice beach with nice sand. Water is really shallow a fair distance out so is really good for kids. There is sand on the bottom so it is nice on the feet. A good place to go swimming.

Nice park and soft sandy beach. Grassy area with lots of trees for shade. Restuarants right across the street. Only downfall is lack of parking.
