I returned a multi faucet for my garden hose that broke 5 minutes after I used it. I had a heck of a time returning it because I had misplaced the packaging and the receipt. Eventually I found both, but then I was interrogated by the staff even though the manager said it could be returned if I found the receipt. Not a pleasant experience. The store cat was a lot friendlier than the staff.

I love the huge selection of trees, plants & all kinds of treasures they have there. I've had the pleasure with dealing with a few people who work there and they have been very knowledgeable & friendly. Even with living in kelowna its worth the drive.
