Went today to get a birthday balloon. Picked one out and pushed button for service and almost immediately a very pleasant young man name Arsh came to help. He was quick and very friendly and helpful. Sometimes customer service gets a bad rap but not today!

Used the pickup service for collecting my order. Convenient and quick. Ordered late night the previous day and email notification ready to collect received just after 6am next day. I was in a rush so not needing to go into the store and searching aisles was very useful.

Leslie at the nespresso section was an absolute delight to chat with and as a bonus I also had an amazing free coffee made by her! So knowledgable and personable, had to shout her out.
