Needs more staff in the tool department.. waiting 15 mins for someone to let you in the locked tool case isn't acceptable. Keep it open or keep someone available.

Kelowna Canadian Tire, the one close to Best Western Hotel, is the best I have ever seen. Pretty well organised and clean.
