“The convenience of having the rental booth right next to the baggage carrousels was great. The customer service was very good and we left within 30 minutes of arriving at the airport. On our second day we were on our way to Penticton, we noticed that a warning light came on. We decided to go back to the airport location to return the car. When we arrived at the airport we were met by Mohit and he told us that it was possibly the tire pressure that caused the warning light due to the drop in temperature. We were not very comfortable keeping and driving the car from Kelowna to Penticton with a warning light on so we let Mohit know of our concern and he promptly switched our car. He was very helpful.”
