“***EDIT***The manager from this location called and made everything right. He took the ozone charge off my credit card and an additional dicsount. Much appreciated thank you Tyler.I changed this review from a 1 star to 4.Picked up a vehicle for the weekend in kelowna bc. The following day we noticed a fairly rancid smell in the vehicle, we checked the vehicle for food, we thought maybe we left something from the grocery store in the vehicle. The following day it was even worse, so we looked harder and found a mouldy tupperware container of food tucked away under the seat.Called budget to let them know we found a container on food that was stinking which i was advised to let the person know at the airport at drop off. I let the girl know at the airport who seemed to not care.Long story short we are being blamed for puking in the vehicle and being charged a cleaning fee....NO help from the territory manager and still getting charged for this.If someone puked in your vehicle we would have had it cleaned, not tried to call and say hey we have a rancid smell in the vehicle..”
