I've been a customer at the CIBC branch on Harvey in Kelowna for over two years. Despite providing all the necessary legal documents for my corporation, the branch has repeatedly failed to keep track of them. After two years of cashing checks without issue, they suddenly refused to process my checks, claiming they couldn't find the documents. Since the arrival of the new female manager, the service quality has declined sharply. The turnover of staff is extremely high,

Waiting in line still for over 25 minutes and it hasn't moved. It's not even 10am. According to Google it's their "slowest" time of day. I'm 7th in line with 3 people working and the line is almost up to the bank machine gate. Only 1 person has gone up in this time. Why is it so slow??? I didn't realize I needed to book off a full day from work to do a bank draft...

Hot Garbage for service. Unreasonable delays on moving money, impossible to get a hold of a human on the phone.

This place doesn't have a clue. Its unbelievable that CIBC hasn't shut this joke of a branch down yet. Avoid Dimitar at all costs. Took them 3 weeks to do what took another branch one day. An 8 year old with a piggy bank could do a better job than these guys.

I've been with cibc for over 10 years and when I came to them for help with a ICBC claim they didn't even look up my account before refusing service... Ridiculous.
