Absolutely the Worst CIBC I have ever been in Not enough tellers wait time is 20-40 mins even during slow times Today I was told I couldn't take my money out until I told them what it was for? So I asked for a Manager and she was very rude!!! I won't be doing any Banking there ever again!!!

Apparently ANYONE can work here. You do not have to know how to count money, or literally any other aspect of being a bank teller. I have been going here for years and have probably had maybe one tor two good experiences. If they hand you ANY money COUNT IT IN FRONT OF THEM before leaving or you WILL have to go back

Would be nice if someone answered the phone once in awhile. Leaving a message is realistically the only way you MIGHT get someone to call you back.

I recently had my debit card stolen, and within 4 days, I had a new card and the stolen money reimbursed, thanks to Ahmed’s help. Every person I spoke to, including management and customer support/fraud was wonderful. A stressful time made much easier thanks to the wonderful people at CIBC. They’ve got a loyal customer for much longer now!

Most of the staff are not helpful, but they have about 3 people working for them that are useful. They make this branch tolerable.

I found the staff are rude and in need of counseling in customer service. They We're not helpful or knowledgeable. I will be changing to TD.

Good luck getting any help without huge delays. Two months and still waiting for a response on a student line of credit for a mere $12K. Tons of wasted time, considering a different bank altogether as these just guys don't care.

Worst banking experience ever. I’ve been with CIBC for 20 years and always have been treated well. This branch is the exception to the rule.I had a good experience with Mitchell for my mortgage, Rita is also amazing. Financial planning not so much. I was bounced from person to person what felt like every 6 months. Fortunately in the time that I was with this branch I didn’t need to make changes to my investments. This was my first experience with CIBC where I didn’t feel supported and where it felt like a business that was just trying to make profits.
