It is a blessing to meet Charu at this branch, she is super super nice, kind, friendly, and professional. She is always willing to help, and she knows how to do it. Me and my friends have been to some other branches, including the RBC and CIBC, across Kelowna, Charu is the best. Definitely 10 out of 10.
