“I have been a customer & client of Sweet Repeats since Deb became the new owner.
I don’t live in Kelowna and Deb has often accommodated me when I have come to town. Deb once held an incredible bag that I saw on the store Facebook post until i could get to the store a couple of days later! The pieces chosen for the store are of excellent quality and style.
Deb has made the store her own and implemented many improvements. She is gracious, personable and kind. Each time I’ve come into the store I am so impressed at how beautifully laid out & organized the store has been.
I consign clothes here and am also a customer. I’ve always had a very positive experience in the store. I‘ve found some fantastic pieces and Kathy has been great at helping to find them or bringing me an outfit I might not have considered. She has a real talent for fashion and is gifted at styling clothes on women.
Deb is very community oriented and has recently begun working with a local organization with a goal to give back.

“I went to the warehouse one on Highway 97. The staff there are awesome! Friendly, helpful and just fun to be around and help you with your shopping. They had great sales on at the time which made it even better that day. They were very helpful and I will definitely be back and recommend the store to others.”
“Pretty good place to get kids clothing. Some things are priced similar to once upon a child but brand new. The employee was super helpful and exchanged a damaged dress I previously purchased. It would be nice if they had more boys clothing on sale. Definitely will return.”
“I went into Old Navy today and had a great experience. I shop here often and it’s always good, but today really stood out. I was looking for a black pair of pants, but they were out of stock, so one of the employees suggested the same style in dark purple. I tried them on and loved them—they fit perfectly.
I also found a top I liked, but it wasn’t in my size. Another employee took the time to search the store until we found the right size. Both employees were super positive and went above and beyond to help. I wish I knew their names.
The person at the till was also very friendly and kind, as always. This is why I love shopping here great service and a welcoming atmosphere.”
“If you need anything leather… This is the place to go. I’ve been holding my jeans up for a month because I couldn’t afford a hole punch in my belt. I’m on a fixed income and was willing to pay but Avery helped me out no charge and took his time and precision to put in a couple holes for me. Mad respect. It’s more than just a couple holes in my belt. It was an act of kindness and it means more than you know. If I ever need a new leather belt, I will be coming over.”

“I came in to try on some clothes. And was greeted by Maya at the fitting room. She was absolutely amazing.
First set of clothes that I picked and had brought to the change room. I tried on and I was only in love with one of the tops.
Maya came over, talked to me, listen to what I was looking for and went out of her way to look online as well as searching through the store to find the options that I liked.
In the end, I'd left the store with a new set of confidence. A new outlook on myself that is way more positive than it was before. And I obtained 4 beautiful shirts that I can wear anywhere with any outfit.
A 100% will be shopping at this American Eagle. Again because of how absolutely phenomenal Maya was.

“I usually do all my buying at one board shop. I was looking for a particular All Star shoe that were not available at one. So I thought I would check out Premium the sister store of one. I was knocked out by the selection and prices. Very impressed ?. The staff were top shelf with the exception of one person. NANCY, she was over the top… she hit all the numbers…. Very happy to help you,, new every thing about the product and shared her opinion on the product. If she felt it wasn't right she would tell you and suggest something more accomodating. I feel she is a diamond in the rough. I will spread the word about Premium and to search out Nancy for everything you are looking for or just her honest opinion and a great smile?
