My son's silver non-replaceable baptismal cross broke, Cooper Jewelry quickly fixed it for very affordable price. They also polished it and it looked great like new. I hope there business the best.

DON'T GO THERE if you value your jewelry. For the past 6 years we used this store to change a battery for RADO watch. This year we brought the watch back and were told that there are a lots of scratches on the back which makes us wonder considering this was the only place we went. An hour later we took the watch. My husband worn it until we came back home. It was working fine. When my husband removed it from his wrist, a battery and back plate fell on the floor. We came back to the shop the next business day. The jeweler put back the battery "free of charge this time" but we were concerned about the incident. He told us that there was no seal on the watch. I asked why you didn't let us know, the answer was "You asked me to change a battery, that's what I did". Upset with this ignorance, we requested him to take his battery and refund the money. He removed the battery in his room and issued a refund. When we went to another shop, we were told that our watch was damaged and needs to be sent to the manufacturer. The watchman described the damage as " someone was not very nice to the watch". As I said at the beginning, if you value your jewelry, don't waste your time with this "fine" jeweler.PS. The update. The repair cost was $504. The owner response doesn't make any sense. How the watch can continue to work if the battery has been removed? I had the watch serviced on Saturday and first thing on Monday I was already in the store. Is it considered a week later? And yes, there were no questions because he knew very well what has been done to the watch. People, please, save your time, money and frustration by not using this "service" provider. The owner has complete lack of responsibility and no shame!

Cooper Jewellers is a lovely store with wonderful staffs that was willing go above and beyond to ensure I’m satisfied with my needs! I found the ring I’ve searching for with very reasonable price! Will definitely come to Cooper Jewellers again when I’m in Kelowna!

Very disappointing experience. Especially since I’ve used them before with no problems. Dropped my ring off, asked multiple times how much the repair would cost was told $120 upon picking my ring up was given a $400 bill. Very unhappy I wasn’t at least called and asked permission or told the repair would cost over TRIPLE what I was quoted. Will not be using this business again and will no longer recommend them to people.

SEE NEXT DAY UPDATE BELOW...STAY AWAY...Dropped off a knife to get engraved with a simple Happy 60th . Told me it would be $35. When I picked up they charged $75. She said nothing is $35. Guess i should have had it in writing. On top of that they put an upper case T for 60th. I specifically explained that to the guy when I dropped it off. He had a hard time comprehending it and I should have walked out. Now I have a ruined hunting knife gift and got completely ripped off.UPDATE!.. I purchased a second knife to be engraved and took it to a reputable place and they did a fine job. Lower case on the "th" in 6oth and GUESS WHAT....The cost was $ 35. And to clarify....the question when I dropped it off was not upper and lower case. It was always supposed to be lower case. The question was if they could do the th in smaller font lifted after the 60 and if not I would accept same font not lifted. Never would I accept lettering that is grammatically incorrect. Again STAY AWAY. They cannot even acknowledge their mistake at customers expense. DISGUSTING!

We spent $1000 on a gold chain last year, that I have been unable to wear as the link has come apart, and I wasn’t able to come in due to COVID-19, I was able to go in today and they wanted to charge me to fix the link of the chain that I’ve not even been able to wear. They guarantee their products for a year but have not taken Covid-19 into consideration even though they to were closed. I find this to be the absolute worse business practice possible. I would not recommend this store whatsoever.Update to cooper response. It is under my mothers name which I prefer to not post publicly, as well when we did come in, we did have the receipt with us and the lady we dealt with was quite rude. What’s worse is we bought this chain for a pendant from my father who passed away. Again $1000 chain to have loose links in it. Really really poor business etiquette. I will never bring my business back even if you gave me free repairs for life, nor will I recommend to anyone. We have paid elsewhere to get it fixed, thank you for nothing Cooper jewelry.
