Most accommodating Bernina dealer, they went out of their way to order a part for me. My local dealer never looked into the availability and I have asked him several times. Great service from Cottage Quilting!

Love the Glide Thread of the Month program as gives me close to half price thread. The thread quality is great, especially on my Grace long Arm machine - no breakage (or minimal), and the quilting looks nice. The small spools go a lot further than I thought they would.
