I drove in to the (easily accessible) parking lot on a quick whim- having a quick open window- and my car was home in a week, brand new.
Loved the professionalism, extremely quick fix, accessibility to connect, excellent attention to detail and the over and above service.

Is had a tree branch fall on my car resulting in a few dents and a shattered windshield . I called another CSN shop but would have waited for over a month to be looked at . So he referred me to Ryan at CSN Springfield . Ryan s shop is a training center and not set up for insurance claims through my company , however , he was willing to speak to my adjustor and make things work. I believe all trades should be given a chance under supervision to take on these jobs .my car looks great ! The communication and workmanship was preformed with professionalism .Ryan was very easy to talk to and kept the lines of communication open . If your needing any auto body work done I'd highly recommend Ryan and his team at CSN Springfield, Kelowna

i originally had a bad review for csn springfield as i had bad service here before with the previous manager. However. I am changing that review to 5 stars for the new manager. Ryan and Brooke were am amazing to deal with, i showed them the poor work that had been done under the previous manager and they fixed it all for me without hesitation. AND on top of fixing the old work for me i pointed out a couple things that i asked if they could do that i would pay for like some custom paint work on my dash cluster and the decorative running boards on the side of my car and they did those for me as well and didn't even charge me to do them all while letting me drive around in their loaner car. When I got the car back it was clean, washed, waxed, fully detailed and looked better than when i first bought it. I cannot thank Ryan, John and Brooke for everything they did to fix my car for me and i would absolutely recommend using this business and i myself plan to use them every time now for anything i need on my car. thank you so much guys for your amazing customer service and hard work

The staff was friendly and helpful.
Dale made sure that when my Tundra was repaired the workmanship was perfect !!

I just used Springfield Auto Body for the first time. We dropped 3 vandalized vehicles to Ryan for repairs and just picked them up. They all look amazing plus they detailed them, so they are turn key on our car lot. Ryan kept me updated throughout the repair process and was thorough and organized.
