Saved my life and my phone! iPhone 15 Pro wouldn’t turn on one morning. Tried troubleshooting at home with no success. Spent a whole day going to and contacting several repair shops around Kelowna including Apple Certified shops. Had a few shops check out my phone and run diagnostics to find the problem and had everyone tell me it’s a battery issue. One shop even took the phone apart and agreed it was a battery problem. After more time spent trying to find a battery replacement with no success, I found myself at EK cell repair.
Dropped my phone off with them on a Saturday shortly before they closed. They had my phone for a few days and discovered the problem was with the motherboard and NOT with the battery. Repaired the problem and my phone is working good as new! All for a very reasonable price and with no battery replacement needed.
11/10 recommend. Very friendly and excellent service. Thank you EK Cell Repair!

The human quality of the people who work here is incredible.
My phone had completely run out of battery, so I couldn’t call a taxi. I went into the store and kindly asked if they could charge my phone so I could call a taxi to get home. They let me charge it, and the person attending even let me use their own phone to order the taxi while mine gained a bit of battery. God bless them greatly.

Best cell phone repair shop around! I’ve been here multiple times, and every visit has been a pleasure. The owner is incredibly friendly, honest, and goes above and beyond. Repairs are always done quickly, and he’s so humble about the quality of his work.

Wonderful service, fast and knowledgeable. I brought my phone in with an issue with my power button, and since it's a less common brand they had to actually solder the affected cable inside the phone. Less than 8 hours later and it's good as new, and the repair cost less than I expected. I would absolutely recommend EK Cell Repair to anyone I know.

I was going to buy a new phone for $1500 when the floor guy at Costco recommended I visit EK instead.
So we called, explained that we were from out of town and needed a repair right away.
He took us right away and had my phone done within the hour.
It works great. I couldn’t be happier.

I dropped my phone in water. Very stupid. This guy was so chill and he fixed my phone for 40 bucks (Inspection was also 40 bucks). This guy got it fixed in a day. I highly recommend going here

Went in there the other day to get my phone fixed. It wasn't charging properly from the port and the guy had my phone for literally a few minutes and he fixed it. Thank you so much! How can you finally use my phone properly again?

My Google Pixel phone just up and died one evening for no reason. I tried to charge it with no luck, so I took it to a different phone repair shop in Kelowna and they told me it was a screen issue. I felt pretty confident that it wasn't a screen issue since my screen has had no previous issues and wasn't acting up before the phone died. They had ordered a new screen and we're going to charge me for the screen and installation without even checking the rest of the phone first. I ended up taking my phone to EK at a friend's recommendation and I am SO glad I did! They put it on the charger, saw some signs of life and kept it to run a diagnostic free of charge. They gave me honest feedback on what they thought was wrong after checking it out (just a battery issue), gave me recommendations, and didn't unnecessarily charge me for something that didn't need to be fixed. I felt truly valued as a customer and would highly recommend them to anyone!!
