If I could have a zero, I would. A month ago I went to this location regarding my impromptu arrival into Kelowna. My husband was on a wait list for open heart surgery. I advised I needed to have winter tires on my vehicle, as I had the vehicle since early fall due to an insurance claim. Almost a month later they tell me they still do not have winter tires. They’re such liars. The manager tried to insult me telling me that they had all season tires with a snowflake, which is the same as snow tires. Maybe the snow they receive in Kelowna, but we live in Northern B.C. My husband is getting discharged tomorrow and he is restricted from driving. I am not the most confident winter driver and I begged for them to give me a vehicle that had snow tires. Despite sitting in the parking lot right now looking at all these suvs with “aggressive snow tires” as the manager called them, they need them for their travelling mountainn ski hill guests. I have contacted ICBC. I would prefer to work with any other car rental place than this horrible horrible car rental agency in Kelowna or ever again. Do better!!

Very poor service, Long story short, sale representative and enterprise customer service number lied and then over charged me. Long customer for 18 years and this specific branch is more concerned on making a couple dollars over anything else. Manager is rude and not helpful. Would recommend any other car service besides this one

Was attended to by Arshdeep when we arrived at the counter. Couldn't have been an easier process. Arshdeep was polite, friendly and extremely efficient in getting all the paperwork done, vehicle assigned and we were on our way.Nicely done and greatly appreciated!

Unreliable booked car pick up times. Our car is over an hour late from our reservation time. We have an 8 month old with us and no consideration has been made to offer an alternative car.

We currently rented through Enterprise -(Kelowna airport) for our week vacation. Due to the wild fires our flights were canceled and we needed to find alternate routes home. The direct staff was extremely helpful and understanding regarding the extenuating circumstances and we were able to drive to Calgary, return the vehicle to Enterprise (Calgary airport- whose staff was also friendly and understanding) and fly home.The call center/1-833# was of no help or assistance, grateful for the in person staff! Thank you for helping make a terrible situation a little less stressful to navigate.

Wow just incredible! Our flight was cancelled due to airport closure due to the kelowna wildfires so we needed a car one way from Kelowna to Edmonton. Enterprise was the only car company that stepped up and did the right thing in the extraordinary circumstances and offered us a one way rental without charging the usual one way drop off fee! We already had a car from Budget and they wanted $300 extra just to drop off in Kamloops, or over $2000 for an unauthorized drop off in Edmonton. So we had to return the car to the Airport location despite the risk due to wildfires in the area. So we dropped off at the airport and rented a car from someone else. Avis offered a one way to Edmonton but it would have costed about $550. Enterprise was only $200 for the 2 days due to the waived fee.They absolutely set themselves apart from the competition with their outstanding service and made a customer for life. I will only rent from them in the future.

Enterprise Kelowna airport is exceptional, our flights had been canceled due to the wild fires aug 18 2023 they allowed us to take our rental car home to Edmonton Alberta. They didn’t even charge us to do this, very different experience from west jet that just raise prices in emergency situations.Thank you to Enterprise Kelowna and the great staff in Edmonton

We rented a Jeep Wrangler 2023 from July 1- 3. The vehicle is clean and has no major damages upon renting. I appreciate the employee (Sarthak) doing the walk around when I return the vehicle; he answered all my questions and has no hidden charges unless you return the vehicle with damages.Overall, the customer service at this company is impeccable. Sarthak was accommodating and responsive to my questions.I would highly recommend this specific location to rent a car and ask for Sarthak to help you.

UPDATE: Enterprise got back to me and said that this car was equipped with the "newest technology" which showed that the tank was 7/8 full when we returned the vehicle, even though I have a proof that it wasn't true. After this incident I'd advise staying away from Enterprise and their technologies altogether.Rented from Enterprise at the Kelowna Airport for the first time and had a very bad experience. We rented a car for a long weekend returning it on Tuesday at 4:30pm. We filled the gas tank full on Tuesday at 4:18 pm (I have a receipt as a proof) and dropped off the car in time only to find out in two days that they charged us for an extra day and $25 for 10l of gas. After the phone conversation they agreed to reverse the extra day charge, but the refuelling charge was never reimbursed even though we have a proof of filling up the tank before return. We'll stay away from Enterprise at the Kelowna Airport in the future and rent from our usual locations - Enterprise at Keehn Rd and Budget at the Kelowna Airport, we rent from these locations quite often and never had any issues.

We had great service from the guys & girls at the Kelowna Airport Enterprise at the beginning of May. We were offered a small SUV for our trip, so we took it, and after parking it we realized that it would be too small. They had no issues getting us another vehicle that suited us better. All the staff were courteous, friendly, and great to deal with. Thanks, Enterprise!

Horrible! Reserved a truck, paid for that reservation and got there and they gave our reservation away and did not have any replacement. Now fighting to get my money back.

horrendous experience. Our car dealership rented us a car from here as they did not have any loaners. It was snowing and they provided us a Toyota car with now winter tires and no all wheel drive that was excessively damaged and smelled of cigarettes. We traded the car in the next day for an suv with still no winter tires but had all wheel drive. We went to Costco and did a grocery shop and then dropped the vehicle off. We realized when we got home we forgot the groceries in the trunk but they were closed. So we called first thing the next morning and mysteriously the car was already cleaned, re rented out and nothing was in it. We insisted that it must have been missed as it was in the very back and impossible to miss If it was cleaned and requested they call the current renter to see and they refused. They said they would call us back multiple times and have been giving us the run around since. So either they didn't clean the car or they stole our Costco shop. Not only did all of the above happen they also have billed my credit card for the rental even after multiple calls from the dealership and myself as the dealership has paid for it. If you have the choice, it's not worth the massive headache to rent from here. total incompetence and horrendous customer service
