Friendly staff who helped me get my medical shipment put at the right time. Was happy they had a proper bike rack as well. Signage for the turn in could have been slightly better.

If I could give this company minus 20 stars I would.Camera caught driver, not delivering my package. Clearly doesn’t knock or ring the bell just puts the door tag on my door. Puts the location pickup, well it wasn’t there. Turns out the driver didn’t do the deliveries properly and then delivered it to a different address. So I’m still searching for my package, and have yet to receive help from anyone at FedEx. I’ve called and filed and followed proper protocol, but this business is seriously the worst. I recommend never using them in any capacity. Worst service.

So this is the second time my package was not delivered when I've been home. This time i got the excuse of "the buzzer number wasnt o the package" MY APARTMENT NUMBER IS THE BUZZER.I shouldn't have to explain that to multiple customer service reps cos the driver cannot use critical thinking skills. They couldnt even be bothered to put my name on the missed you tag, just the APARTMENT NUMBER or if you will THE BUZZER NUMBERAnd the tracking number, your customer service reps are ZERO help and all they do is apologize.Last time i had to go pick up my package cos you were too incompetent to deliver it to my addressIt better be delivered tomorrow.You guys are the worst.

I sent a package to the USA. Paul Francis was very helpful in getting the customs paperwork completed correctly. I tracked the package and it arrived when they said it would; great service.

Payed the duty on some items sent from the states. When item arrived the guy let me know the duty has to be payed. Lots of confusion even after I showed him that I did indeed pay it. I don’t blame the delivery driver, I blame the upper management who need to get things working so these drivers can just deliver the item without having to cover for your mistakes.

Went on a wild goose chase here from penticton because the fedex app said my parcel was dropped off here. In the end it was in staples Penticton.. I was really disappointed! But the staff here are nice and the parking is adequate.

Second attempt we were home and they didn’t even ring the door bell - we were waiting for itCalled Customer Service and they set up a third attempt and added before 2 pmI checked in the am and it was out for delivery on their website . Sat and waited til 2 then my wife stayed home waiting. At 4 they called and said I would have to pick it up at the airport 30Km away.It never went out for delivery I was told so we wasted a day and now I have to pick up . Yes they did offer a 4th attempt, I was polite and said no thanks. Not good service !

The door tag was missing the tracking number we needed to pay the duty / taxes so was a challenge, however the customer support person I had on the phone was extremely helpful and patient. My address is also one of those Okanagan addresses that does not enter into computers the same each time and she tried every way to find our package. Great customer service. We weren’t sure if the package was coming out for a second try to the house or was being held at the shipping centre, and headed right after work but traffic was right and we arrived a few minutes after closing. Ingrid, I think was the amazing lady still in the depot and she knew our package and that it had two parts - one she had seen in the back and one that must have been in the other area for going out for delivery. She was so helpful. Did not turn us away. Went to find both AND did it graciously and with good spirit and attention to the customer and the packages.She was not rushed, and we let her know how appreciative we were for her great service in their busy season. I hope the managers see that they have great front line people here in kelowna!

My girl friend was shipped something through fed-ex to our apartment, have brought the package back into Kelowna. To one of three locations with no detail as to which one. We live in Vernon and we don't have the time after work to visit all three and barely one of them. What is more incredible is she signed up for delivery warning to her phone which she never got. Better yet if you attempt to phone fed-ex for any clarifications there seems to be no conceivable way to get beyond automated service which provide no better detail than what she can get on the app or website. also if you think you can begin any process to progress your grievance and fix the situation think again. I am of the opinion a flightless carrying pigeon service would have better customer service. please note the only reason I am bothering to review this dumpster fire is I could not find a way to start and resolve any complaint with fed ex within the next 24 hours From here on out if any service tells me they use fed ex as delivery I will decline to put in order. _ please note this review is more about the online customer service and usability than it is any counter service since we haven;t reached them we can only assume they have no intention to being reached however that isn't there fault and is likely corporate fed ex policy.

We paid over $100 for overnight shipping. Came a week later, no refund policy put in place, never using FedEx again. Have lost absolutely all respect for you guys, do your job. Will be reporting as fraud through my credit card company, you guys failed to deliver on your end, so I won't on mine. Thanks!

I like this shipping depo the best of any in Kelowna.It's inconveniently located out at the airport.The service has always been polite, knowledgeable and understanding which I haven't found from any shipping depot in Kelowna.FedEx themselves is nothing special, but this one is.I've shipped a lot over the years and am happy to finally find a place I like.I've used them only a few times as I just recently found them.I will now only ship from them.

Fedex states they will hold a package for 7 days.They apparently couldn't find our location (downtown) - and sent the package back less than 48 hours after the estimated delivery time.
